Patti was born and raised in Spokane and a graduate of Shadle Park High School and Spokane Community College. Patti spends her spare time outdoors as much as possible, usually riding the hills on her horse Scout, or any number of other outdoor activities. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 5 grandchildren, her friends, reading, and relaxing at home. She began her insurance career in 1991 while living in Prosser, Washington by answering a blind newspaper ad for office help. It turned out to be an insurance agency looking for a Commercial Lines CSR and thus began the journey. Patti holds a Accredited Customer Service Representative and a Certified Professional Insurance Woman designations. Her favorite thing about the insurance industry are those clients associated with farming, ranching and agribusiness.
